Acer

Appointment to fix my blur acer webcam. Initially i was a bit angry with the uncle as he keep saying the webcam is functioning pretty well. But the fact is really got blur : ( That explains my pixelated pictures. : ( But he keep saying nth wrong, never spoil, not blur, all these things. And he is suppose to fix my laptop for me, since acer send him here, i suppose he is familiar with acer laptops. He didnt knw how to remove my battery : ( end up i'm like the one doing. Thats why i angry. Cuz he is not helping. I asked him here to help me. In the end he suggested: He helped take my laptop back to acer center and ask expert to judge if the webcam is blur. So i was right, he changed a new webcam for me. Thou i a bit angry at first, I still super thankful. At least he made effort to help me and brought my laptop safely home within hours. And i also knw he was suppose to be in charge on programmes,softwares not webcam. Then why the person in charge send him here? i think is the person in charge's fault. Make things super difficult for uncle and me today. Neverthelesss, I sinerely thank that uncle alot alot. ((:
